The Toolmex "3.0 Website Feedbackt" Drawing ("Contest") will begin at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on 02/01/2010 and end at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 2/28/2010 ("Promotion Period"). Participation in the Contest constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules, and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Eligibility: The Contest is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, who are at least eighteen (18) years old as of 02/01/2010. Employees, officers and representatives of Toolmex Corporation Inc ("Sponsor"), and any of affiliates, suppliers, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies (collectively, "Released Parties") and members of the immediate family (mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters and spouse, regardless of where they reside) and household members of each such employee, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Participants must fully complete the online Feedback Form no later than 02/28/10 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET for a chance to win. One (1) First Place Winner will receive a Fifty ($50) Dollar American Express Gift Card. LIMIT: Only one prize per person will be awarded.
