6-Jaw Set-Tru Scroll Chuck Features

  • Outstanding accuracy and quality, our solid steel body SET-TRU chucks can be used for all machining where standard scroll chucks are used, along with applications where tighter tolerances are required.
  • Chuck bodies hardened to 28 HRC, jaws hardened to 50 HRC, 4 micro adjustment screws for fine adjustment, and 0.0006” TIR repeatability make for a very rigid, reliable and accurate system.
  • 16”, 20” and 25” diameter chucks with 3 jaws and 6 jaws use 8 micro adjustment screws achieving extremely high gripping concentricity.
