Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a superior Customer Service Representative who understands that customers are the reason we are in business. The successful candidate will be someone who goes the extra mile for their customers, who takes satisfaction in a job well done and suggests improvements to the customer experience. 

 This person will:


• Process orders, prepare correspondence, fulfill customer needs and address their concerns.
• Provide assistance to customers through incoming phone calls, email and faxes.
• Inform customers about TMX Tooling products and services with the goal to increase sales.
• Provide product quotations, handle complaints and returns, and refer customers to internal staff for further information or help.
• Provide feedback to management to identify trends in the marketplace.

Qualifications:


• 10+ years customer service experience preferably in a related industry.

• Mechanical aptitude with an understanding of metal working products desired.

• Possess superior communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

• Believe in timely and complete customer responses.

• Have the ability to multi-task coupled with energy and initiative.

• Microsoft Office Suite and internet researching skills.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to be flexible to meet changing business demands.

Business Development Manager


If you are a strategic thinker and have a hunger to chase,develop and close new business, this is the job for you! This is a senior level position and the successful candidate will have a solid knowledge of the metal working industry and the associated competitive landscape. 

 This position will:


• Meet monthly and annual sales revenue goals.
• Increase sales and business exposure by working with existing relationships and through development of new sales channels via targeted accounts.
• Provide forecast sales objectives and ensure internal goal fulfillment .
• Create and implement sales strategies to grow products and services.
• Respond to questions and overcome objections/obstacles in pursuit of sales revenue growth.
• Provide supporting market data for new product introduction through market research and analysis.
• Attend industry functions, trade shows and association events.
• Assist with Company website, marketing metrics and other marketing materials.
• Assist with product development, testing and internal training.


Qualifications:


• Highly results driven with an entrepreneurial mind set and a strong desire for financial reward.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and close business.
• In depth knowledge of the metalworking industry with a focus on toolholding and/or workholding.
• Possess superior communication skills, both written and verbal and strong interpersonal skills.
• Proven abilities to determine, maintain and disseminate information of current industry standards and innovations.
• Requires strong project management, negotiation and strategic development skills.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to be flexible to meet changing business demands.
• Good working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, ERP and CRM systems.
• Requires 50% travel with proven ability to work productively on the road and at home.
